# Knockout Games Platform Disclaimer & Terms of Use

* Game outcomes may be impacted by **server strain**, client-side errors, or user-side technical instability. Use the platform at your own risk.

* Games involve **staking digital assets (e.g., SOL, $**GG**)** and carry risk.
* Outcomes are determined by:
  * **PvP skill-based combat**, or
  * **provably fair, on-chain randomness (e.g., VRF)** for chance-based outcomes
* **No guarantees** are made regarding outcome consistency or performance parity across devices.

#### 📉 3. Crashes, Disconnections, & Device Issues

* **Knockout Games takes no responsibility** for user-side disconnections, game crashes, or browser/device failures during gameplay.
* Match results will be settled based on the **server-side game state at the time of interruption**.
* Players are encouraged to use stable devices and internet connections for best results.

#### 💸 4. Rake, Rewards & Giveaways

* A **rake fee of 5–10%** is applied to every match or entry.
* 50% of all rake revenue is redistributed through **raffles, leaderboards, jackpots**, or $GG -based systems.
* Raffles are considered **promotional loyalty rewards**, not paid-entry lotteries.
* Reward values may fluctuate due to market conditions, volume, and internal token supply.

#### 🧾 5. Suspicious Activity, Fraud & Abuse

* Knockout Games reserves the right to:
  * **Withhold or review withdrawals** if suspicious behavior is detected
  * Flag and investigate multi-accounting, botting, or unfair advantage attempts
  * Suspend or ban any user violating fair-play or terms of service
* **Final decisions are at Knockout Games’ sole discretion**, with no obligation to disclose detection methods.

#### 🔍 6. Provably Fair Systems

* Games using RNG (random number generation) will utilize **verifiable randomness via Solana VRF** or similar on-chain systems.
* Players may verify the randomness logic used in each round via **block references or hash history** in the game logs (to be made accessible via dashboard).
* Knockout Games is committed to **fairness, transparency, and zero manipulation**.

* Accounts are created via **email and linked non-custodial wallet**.
* Players are solely responsible for:
  * Protecting access to their wallet and email
  * Backing up wallet recovery information
  * Avoiding phishing attempts and impersonation scams
